Paysse Clean Cancellation policy
At Paysse Cleaning, we reserve dedicated time for every client and schedule our professional cleaning teams in advance to ensure the highest level of service. Because of this, we require adequate notice for any changes to your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit ($240). This deposit represents the minimum cleaning service and is required to reserve your appointment.
Why This Policy Exists
Our cleaning professionals schedule their workdays around confirmed appointments. Late cancellations leave time that cannot reasonably be filled on short notice, directly impacting our team’s ability to earn income and maintain efficient schedules. This policy helps ensure our staff’s time is respected while allowing us to continue providing reliable service to all clients.
Deposits
The $240 deposit is applied toward your final service total at the time of cleaning. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Clients may reschedule without penalty with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
Appointments canceled on the same day of service or no-shows will result in the loss of the full deposit.
